To understand what an SDA assessment is, you need to first know what SDA stands for.
SDA, or Specialist Disability Accommodation, refers to housing or accommodation for people who are in need of specialist housing arrangements. These homes include accessible design and assistive technology and are designed to facilitate the resident’s complex functional or high support needs.
